REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy describes the terms and conditions under which PrintCare365 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles returns and refunds for products purchased through our website printcare365.com (the “Site”).
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
At PrintCare365, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we’ve created this policy to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
2.2 Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging whenever possible
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
2.3 Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom or personalized print products
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Consumable products that have been opened (ink cartridges, toner, etc.)
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at info@printcare365.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Wait for our confirmation email with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the return authorization email.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
4.1 Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or any reason not related to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. REFUNDS
5.1 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 Refund Timeframe
If your refund is approved:
  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase within 5-7 business days.
  • Other payment methods will be refunded by the same method within 5-7 business days, when possible, or by company check.
Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account or statement.
5.3 Refund Amount
Approved refunds will include:
  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Original shipping costs only if the return is due to our error
  • Any applicable taxes
Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. EXCHANGES
6.1 Process for Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same procedure as for returns. In your initial email, please specify that you want an exchange and include details about the replacement item you’re requesting.
6.2 Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund according to our refund policy.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
7.1 Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@printcare365.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
7.2 Resolution for Damaged Items
For damaged or defective items, we will at our discretion:
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund including all shipping costs
  • Offer store credit
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within the timeframe specified above, please check the following:
  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact our customer service at info@printcare365.com if you’ve completed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund
9. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
9.1 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
9.2 Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
10. CANCELLATIONS
10.1 Order Cancellation
  • Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be cancelled by contacting us at info@printcare365.com.
  • Custom print orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Rush orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
10.2 Partial Cancellations
If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. We recommend that you review this policy periodically for any changes.
